José Hernández is an architect and entrepreneur, founder of COINPRO C.A., Consorcio Ingeniería y Proyectos. His career brings together architecture, construction and business development, with experience in civil works and in coordinating teams and specialists. His approach connects the conceptual vision of a project with the planning and decisions required to carry it into execution.
